What floor plans does Dawn Run Apartments offer?
We have Studio, One Bedroom, Two Bedroom and Three Bedroom apartments.
What are your application and administrative charges?
Application Fee: $50 Administration Fee: $85 Deposit: Starting at $300
What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?
Valid Photo ID
What are the income and credit qualifications?
2.5x rent
What is acceptable “proof of income” to sign a lease?
2 most current pay stubs, 2 most current months of bank statements, offer letter, or current W2.
What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?
Roommate can use a guarantor or will not be able to live onsite.
Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
No.
Is my security deposit totally refundable?
Yes! As long as there are no damages to the apartment and no rent balances due at the time of move out.
If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
You would have to provide 60-day written notice, pay termination fee, and pay back any concessions given.
Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
Lease will automatically default into a MTM lease after completion, unless you renew or give a 60-day written notice. A month to month fee will apply.
Do you offer furnished apartments?
No.
If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
Please place your maintenance request in your resident portal.
When is my rent payment due?
1st of the month, this includes holidays.
What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
Rent is due on the 1st of the month and considered late on the 6th.
My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
Yes, the office should be made aware and they should be added to the lease as minor occupants.
Is Dawn Run Apartments a pet-friendly community?
Yes! Limit 2 indoor pets per apartment. No exotic animals. $250 for each additional animal. Monthly rent $25 per pet.
BREED RESTRICTIONS: Excluded dog breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof. Letter required by Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations.
